Cancel anytime. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. You can cancel:
- From your dashboard → Settings → Billing.

During the free trial
Start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
After billing has started
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. Your data remains accessible in Free mode (one property) after cancellation.
Optional Concierge Setup
The one-time Concierge Setup fee ($1,497) is a separate, optional service and is non-refundable once work has begun.
Account deletion
