Plans
- Free — $0 forever, 1 property, basic features. No credit card required.
- Pro — $149 USD per month, per account. Up to 10 properties. No mandatory setup fee.
- Property Managers — $249 USD per month, per account. Unlimited properties. No mandatory setup fee.
Free trial
Pro and Property Managers include a 14-day free trial — cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Billing
Paid subscriptions renew monthly on the same calendar day until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Prices are in USD. Third-party service, payment-processing, messaging and custom-integration fees may apply when required by your setup.
Optional Concierge Setup
Concierge Setup is an optional one-time service ($1,497) and is not required to use Hale Manager. It is separate from any monthly subscription. Unusual migration or integration requirements may require a separate quote.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Manage from your dashboard or email . See the full Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
