Concierge Setup is separate from the Pro and Property Manager subscriptions. It is designed for customers who would like hands-on assistance configuring Hale Manager and validating their workflows before going live. Projects requiring custom software development, data migration, or third-party integrations beyond the standard Hale Manager platform may require a separate quote.
Most customers can complete setup themselves using Hale Academy and Hale AI Concierge. Concierge Setup is available for customers who prefer personalized onboarding and launch assistance.
